Technique: 2 different glass circles, each 7.5 cm in diameter, were made for this work, both painted on the surface, with mixed media and glass inserts. Inside, between the two circles, there is a mixture of coloured oils. Magnifying glass, rotating projector included. The two projectors are an integral part of the artwork.
Concept: the work takes shape through the meeting of two separate projections. The two integrated projectors contain two separate works, made to intersect and create a double, synergetic movement. The heat of the projector – pathos – generates an oily bubbling, thanks to which the work is never the same. The theme of impermanence in this double work is juxtaposed with the theme of renewal, which is necessary in every relationship. Observation provokes deep relaxation.
