In my artistic period, ‘Phase IV of Acentrism, ’ the focus has been on everyday life’s vicissitudes.
Art can sublimate the pain of the world. The reduction of collective pathos, through the transformation of the image and related imagery, has been the focus of my research for a long time. Thus, the works were born:
Cosmo(a)gony Prophecies of Becoming Series
T.A.P.P.O Series (acronym in Italian for Trattenere Amore Produce Potenzialità Ovunque = Withholding Love Produces Potentiality Everywhere).
Often, we live with an emptiness inside, a sort of bottomless pit where all beauty and wonder are lost. The cap aims to bring awareness to this emptiness and fill it not with objects and people but with self-love because those who love themselves love others better.
In the following years, my interest shifted to exploring nature, particularly forests and green spaces, as well as possible oases, to reconnect with the power of life. I have created indoor and outdoor installations using diverse expressive means, from painting and light to wood, natural, and other materials. The intention is always to restore a dialogue between the inside and the outside, between the world and ourselves.
The Land Art works represent this. Augmented Reality will be the next step.
