“Would not the future artist be he who expressed through an eternal silence
an immense painting possessing no dimension?” Yves Klein
The ART OF THE SPIRIT emerges when the human being operates from a state of integration and alignment between their physical, emotional, mental and subtle dimensions.
In this condition, creation is not constructed as a mere formal product: it manifests as a field of presence.
Mya Lurgo’s artistic-spiritual research has developed over more than thirty years through painting, light art, land art, digital art, video, installation and performative practices. This path is documented in the volume Out of the Blue. The Immaterial of Yves Klein Meets Acentrism, composed of an eBook and seven Researches that emerged over the following years.
Through the four phases of Acentrism and the investigation of the Immaterial inspired by Yves Klein, this research progressively arrives at the ART OF THE SPIRIT: a contemporary artistic practice that restores to art an operative function upon consciousness.
Here, the spiritual dimension is not understood as an iconographic theme, a belief or a symbolic representation, but as a direct experience of consciousness: a vigilant presence, capable of observing thought without identifying with it, and of activating a deeper alignment between body, heart, mind and SPIRIT.
The artwork is not merely observed: it opens a space. Within this space, a relationship is activated between artist, artwork and viewer — a perceptual and aesthetic connection in which form becomes a threshold. It is not only a matter of understanding, but of entering: of moving through the artwork as a field of resonance, listening and possible inner transformation.
This research is made public, free of charge and accessible online, as an open document of an artistic and spiritual experience in constant becoming.
Those wishing to explore further can read the eBook and the Researches, which document the theoretical, artistic and experiential path from which the ART OF THE SPIRIT arises.

Through this documentation, I aim to engage artists with elective affinities to implement the creative experience of SPIRIT.
