Technique: carving on polished chestnut wood, leaf now, blue bottle water with gold OM inscription

Concept: the work combines sacred symbolism (carved chestnut wood, gold leaf) with water, inserted into the grooves of the symbol, carved into the trunk. Water from a blue bottle, exposed to sunlight and renamed with the golden OM inscription, fills the spaces, inspired by Masaru Emoto’s theory of water consciousness.

The sculpture will be the subject of an experimental protocol conducted in collaboration with expert Daniele Gullà to assess the resilience of the work’s initial vibration. The primary objective is to determine whether prolonged exposure (30 days) in unfavourable or high-stress environments (e.g. hospital facilities or railway stations) will induce alterations or compromise the vibration inherent to the artistic intent, the ‘renamed’ water and the engraved sacred symbol.
