Concept: the artwork was created with the intention of focusing on the ideal of an existence without barriers and without fear. The boundary therefore encompasses the will to trust, the pleasure of sharing and the ability to see, transcending the human sense of territory, possession and forced traditions.
The Great Wall of China, symbol of the most monumental defensive expression on planet earth, takes on poetic connotations in my artistic imagination: no longer a barrier, but a trait-d’union, a potential psycho-physical membrane, which lends itself to connections, communication and communion without circumferences and without restrictions of thought, because after all
who can tell where the air ends and Heaven begins?
