Concept: it is said, probably with good reason, that the legendary song Volare | Nel blu dipinto di blu, by the Italian singers Domenico Modugno and Johnny Dorelli – written by Modugno and F. Migliacci, the winning song at the 1958 Sanremo Festival – was inspired by the works of Yves Klein, who said: – “For me, colors are living beings, highly evolved individuals who integrate with us and the whole world. Colors are the true inhabitants of space”. (Yves Klein)
The artwork is a homage to the Blue Being, and the space between the two works, this strange geometric shape that is created, is the story of the encounter between the here and now and the infinite.
