#imagoRevolution is an operAtion with a twofold effect: raising the consciences of this planet and neutralising the collective pathos inevitably aroused by all those crude images, made public by multiple media channels.
We all know that the impact of an image is worth more than 1,000 words, and it is in this emotional overdose that we recognise we are bombarded and addicted to depictions that are rarely uplifting or joyful. A horror vacui of violent figures that provoke negative imaginations globally, allowing a viral cocktail of fear, resentment, frustration, helplessness, guilt and resignation to spread with the simplicity of a click.
STOP. RESET.
What we experience has its own creative energetic value, capable therefore of generating a phenomenon of voluntarily oriented collective psychism, called eggregore: a thought-form, which attracts to itself a vicious circle of renewed suffering to feed itself.
#imagoRevolution proposes a way to resign one’s emotionality, transforming the horror of images. WARNING: not to change its fate – what is done is done unfortunately – but to change its final destination: from evil to good.
“The search for good in evil will, in time, change evil into good. If
the form that is constructed to diminish evil is weak it will have
no effect and will be destroyed by the evil form; but if it is strong and
frequently repeated, it will have the effect of disintegrating the evil and
replace the good.” (da Max Heindel, La Cosmogonia dei Rosacroce)
#imagoRevolution proposes a real re-belling: to return to the beautiful, the good and the just, instead of mute resignation or meditated revenge, because the instrument of good can only act the good for all involved.
The con-Vocation is open to responsible artists: able to respond with conscience, transforming not the fact that happened, but the energy that invests it, by virtue of the utterance:
“nothing is created, nothing is destroyed, everything is transformed.”
The operation is immaterial, but no less real.
The collected works will be presented at an exhibition event, compiled in a publication and submitted to the ONU Cultural Department.
