Virtual salon for contemporary art.
ARTCAFE_ is not a curatorial service, but a virtual salon where sharing and resonance are central and collaborations arise spontaneously through affinity.
In past years, the meetings took place in person, taking different forms: round tables, collective dialogues, moments of convivial exchange.
With today’s new habit of online meetings, the field has expanded beyond geographical boundaries, opening up to a broader, international, boundless dialogue.
Usually, ARTCAFE_ meetings revolve around a shared date. For the current cycle, Beyond the Veil, I began differently: with an intimate one-to-one coffee time, dedicated to reciprocal acquaintance. This first step is designed to meet artists who have developed a research path already expressed in a mature aesthetic language. It is not a formal selection, but a space of authentic listening and exchange. Later, the conversation will naturally expand, involving cultural professionals, collectors, and art lovers. The aim is to integrate different perspectives and complementary visions, fostering a fertile dialogue from which collaborations and concrete projects can emerge.
My starting point on the subject
For me, Beyond the Veil is a sincere predisposition to research: the desire to go beyond, lifting the veil that separates the surface of life from a deeper understanding. I cultivate this path through heterogeneous readings — sometimes even contradictory — from which fertile insights arise. Alongside study, I practice meditation and meditative writing, which allow me to establish direct contact with the superconscious. I do not follow a religious path, but a syncretic approach: I combine elements from philosophy, science, and spirituality to form an integrated and ever-evolving vision. Ultimately, it is an act of introspection: an outer silence that opens the way to inner vision, a connection with the creative source that guides and inspires my artistic research.
ARTCAFE_ retains the convivial spirit of a salon while using digital tools to make conversations accessible to everyone. The chosen platform (WEBEX) allows participants to activate subtitles in Italian and English, enabling people from different linguistic backgrounds to join. This attention turns ARTCAFE_ into a truly inclusive space, open to international voices and able to connect diverse artistic sensibilities.
Taking part is simple: write to info@myalurgo.art to arrange a meeting. We will find the right time to share a virtual coffee and begin our dialogue. ARTCAFE_ is not a commercial platform, but a human and artistic meeting place: an opportunity to connect without formalities, allowing affinities, ideas, and possible future directions to emerge naturally.
