Out of the Blue_APOCALYPSE is a series of digital works belonging to the Out of the Blue_ period, inspired by the Book of Revelation of John.
Revelation is interpreted not as a catastrophic event, but as an inner process: an unveiling and opening of consciousness that may emerge through meditation on words, symbols and images.
The series comprises eleven unique pieces. Within it, the 7 Seals are both artworks and dynamic visual devices: rotating galaxy-like forms conceived to be brought into relation with specific areas of the body through active imagination.
Following the experiment conducted with biometric expert Daniele Gullà, the research is opening up to a broader, participatory dimension. Its purpose is to investigate the image not merely as representation, but as an active presence potentially capable of creatively in-forming perception and our relationship with matter.
