Concetto: “The Chamber of the Heart, blossoms with the longing to welcome that Ray of Sunshine which, radiating within the chest, dissolves the distances of thought and transcends the boundaries of form“.

Sunbeam’s cradle is both an installation and a painting. The “grattage” technique evokes ceaseless labour that light performs on matter. Like the hollow of the human heart, the work takes on welcoming features to house a prism, an element of optical transformation of light.

This cavity becomes a real bed, designed to welcome and direct the ethereal energy of the sun’s rays: intangible but warming, the light passes through the prism, releasing chromatic variations and spectral events that transform the space into a sensitive, changing, and iridescent experience.
