Emancipating X Pranic Opportunity
Join my cause – guided meditation – AUDIO FILE – to feed on light.
An opportunity to exalt one’s essentiality and identify the dynamics involved in abstaining from food.
Not a diet, but a sacred office: a conscious choice to recognise and evolve one’s appetites.
This immaterial project, against the current of the McDonald’s fast food philosophy – sponsor of Expo – wishes to reduce food addiction: calamities such as famine.
Prana, also known as Ki or pneuma, is the vigour and vitality we draw from the air and sunlight through breathing.
The foods that are essential for maintaining a healthy and robust constitution are rich in prana, have vibrations of over 6500 Amstrong, as pointed out by French researcher André Simoneton (André Simoneton, Radiations des Aliments, Le Courrier de Livres, Paris).
Our ‘daily bread’ is the pranic input absorbed by the body, certainly not GMO foods or junk food altered by boiling, frying and microwaving.
The belly, our emotional brain, can teach us a lot about ourselves: skipping a meal, swallowing, spitting, savouring… these are attitudes and habits.
The intimate gesture of ‘putting in the mouth’ internalises a foreign body, which needs to be subjected to our individuality in order not to be indigestible or rejected. Expelling ‘words’ without dosing and chewing the consequences of the continuous vociferation is just as harmful as attempting to eat dead and dead food.
“Listen and understand well! […] What comes out of the mouth, that makes a man unclean!” (Gospel)
